Meet the Team

Dhanuj Gandikota is a Senior AI Research Engineer at the MITRE Corporation and Principal Investigator of ART3MIS-AI. His work is primarily focused on integrating AI advances within climate, geospatial, and environmental systems. He received a BS in Computer Science, BS in Data Science, and a BS in Ecology, Evolution & Biodiversity from The University of Michigan.

Tasia Gladkova is a Human Factors and Mechanical Engineer at the MITRE corporation. She also has her UAS pilot license! Her recent work at MITRE has centered around translating user needs to developers and working to build human-centered AI. She received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Math as well as an M.S. in Human Factors Engineering and Certificate in Assistive Design all from Tufts University.

Sanika Bapat is an AI Research Engineer at The MITRE Corporation. She received a B.A. in Computer Science and Philosophy from Wellesley College, and a M.S. in Computer Science from Cornell University, with a concentration in Healthcare. Her current work at MITRE involves testing and evaluating novel AI capabilities particularly in NLP.
